COLOR STUDIO Professional - BB Cream

Aoa and Hello Lovlies, I hope you'll had a great week. Today I am here to talk about the Colorstudio's  skin perfecting BB cream.

COLOR STUDIO BB CREAM - LIGHT

Last year, when my Maybelline foundation was about to get finished. I decided to just look around for something different. I stopped by at a Color Studio Professional counter at +Dolmen Mall Tariq road, where this bb cream caught my attention. I bought it in the shade Light. This comes in two shades only. Medium and Light.

COLOR STUDIO Professional - BB Cream claims

Daily All - In - 1 Beauty Balm
  • Boost Glow
  • Even Skin Tone
  • 24 Hr Hyderation
  • Smooth Fine lines
  • SPF 15UV Protection
My Experience

I was quite curious to use this bb cream since this was the first time I had bought any. I am so glad that I bought it from Color Studio because the little doubt I had in my heart related to the coverage of fine lines has vanished completely. Even when I am having a bad skin day, I can confidently apply it on my face and TADAAAA I am all glowing and fresh. This has been my most favorite product from Color Studio so far. The consistency is quite thick. Therefore, two little drops of this bb cream are enough for me to survive the whole day. I also use this bb cream for all the formal events so for me this works as a foundation too.

My skin type is combination to dry so I always moisturize my skin before applying this.

Color Studio BB cream

Color Studio BB Cream

Pros -
  • Boost Glow - 10/10
  • Even Skin tone - 10/10
  • Smooth Fine Lines - 10/10
  • Price - Pocket friendly - Rs. 500
Cons-
  • Packaging - I like the way it has been simply designed. It would have been great if it had a pump to it but then again all of the bb creams comes in tubes. (Let me know in comments if I am wrong)

I have been using this product daily since last 5 to 6 months and still it has not finished. I can wear it for more two to three events easily. I am a happy customer who is making another purchase real soon!

What is your favorite product from this brand ?

KHAADI - Printed Kurtas - REVIEW

Aoa and Hello lovelies, Hope you all are brightening this world around you with the positivity within yourself.

March is the month of bright colors and festivals. As you all know it brings the season SPRING with itself. And when we talk about spring in Pakistan, the word lawn pops up in our minds. So the race has already begun as we can see lots and lots of vibrant ads on TV of different brands.

Today, I am going to be reviewing my top most favorite Khaadi kurtis from last year. I can't get enough of these prints as they are full of bright colors and eye catching prints. I bought these Kurtas from +Khaadi Apparel online while they were having there amazing sale. I am one of those poeple who avoid going to them, since you all know the reason (the video that went viral) . Thanks to the social media for informing me how wild women can get during sales. Yes, you may laugh now. Lol.

Anyways, I opted to go online at Khaadi's website and check what were they offering in sale. To my surprise the stuff I got to see there was amazing and that even at a GOOD bargain. Trust me. I quickly ordered few of the Khaadi kurtas by filling a simple form after which they sent me a confirmation email. Me, being an impatient girl, called at their helpline number to confirm again about my order. It took a month for them to deliver the order as they had loads of orders to deliver, but they also tried to compensate by offering a discount voucher which I never availed. My bad.

Enough of bragging, let me just show you those beautiful Khaadi kurtas.
KHAADI KURTA - I had to tighten up my sleeves about an inch as the sleeves were loose

I think this print is called the Cage print Kurta.

It's the same as the first Kurta, the color is just different.

My experience with KHAADI

My experience has been great with Khaadi so far. The wait for these Kurtas was a bit of a hassle though.
Stuff - The material is of high quality.
Price - PKR 1700 (sale price) original -  PKR 2500
Size of Kurta - 10
I also have bought some unstictched material from Khaadi and I find this brand quite affordable as compared to the other clothing brands in the market.

MONOMOLA WOW Long Lasting Lip Tattoo.

Hello lovelies, Aoa, I hope you all are having a great day.

First thing first. Let me confess something. I have always admired Korean girls lip tints and the shape of their eyebrows ALWAYS.These two elements makes them unique in the beauty industry. That's what I feel.

I was pretty excited when I saw some of the videos of beauty gurus reviewing WOW lip tattoos. The idea of peeling something from your lip literally fascinated me and the final result it left after peeling was so my type. Also, the colors looked darn good on Instagram and Youtube. Fortunately, I saw some of the girls selling these lip tattoos on Sheops (a facebook page). So without wasting any time I ordered a set of it.

The company which produces this product is called Monomola  and they claim the following features for this lip tattoo.

  • Longevity - 24 hours
  • Doesn't look like a worn lip color
  • Softens lips
  • Waterproof
Okay, so coming back to my review. I got this set for 800 PKR. Which I feel is pretty reasonable.

Packaging - I love these tiny and bright tubes. Pretty handy I must say.

Texture - This comes out in a gel form - Quite thick.

Colors - This comes in 6 colors
  • Cherry Red
  • Sexy Red
  • Watermelon
  • Sweet Orange
  • Lovely Peach
  • Rose Pink

                                     My Experience

As soon as I got my hands on WOW tattoos I tried the color Cherry Red which I thought was pretty popular on social media. The product did not have any instructions on the tube. Since I had watched few videos already, I didn't find it hard to apply. The liquid came out easily on my lips. The smell was fruity, which was good. I did not wait for 20 minutes as the website says, pretty impatient of me (I know :P ).

Therefore, after 10 - 12 minutes, I started to peel off my tattoo and it left a reddish pink tint on my lips. It stayed for 3 - 4 hours on my lips which I feel is not bad at the price they're selling.

I also did apply Sweet orange and it left such a natural orangy tint which I'd like to wear every single day at home/work.

Before

WOW Tattoo - the waiting game.

When applied this tattoo does give you a bright red color on your lips. So, instead of getting bored and waiting, take some pictures :D

Interesting part - peeling :D

The Final Result

Pros
  • Leaves a beautiful natural tint
  • Quite reasonable
  • Portable / Handy

Cons

  • Make sure you've moisturized your lips at least an hour before. As it does dry out your lips while peeling (if not moisturized)
  • Time consuming
  • It does get a little messy while applying.

GorgeousNextDoor visits the ZOO!

I was least excited when my elder sister asked me to accompany her at the zoo of Karachi. She comes once in a year to visit Khi along with her kids. So, it's really hard to say no to her. Anyways, I also was happy for the fact that we were going on a Wednesday afternoon (This week day - the management only allows women and kids) I was relieved in a way ;) If you're a Pakistani girl, reading this, you'll get it :D

When we reached there; the zoo was full of greenery and absolutely clean. I was extremely excited to explore different areas of the zoo as this was the 2nd time of my life that I was visiting this place. My family got a really nice spot to sit at. We were sitting under a breathtaking giant tree.We also took some snacks along with us to get that old school picnic feel. It felt amazing. The food over there is not  recommended at all.If you plan to go there, then I would recommend to take something to eat with you.

That's me so delighted with the atmosphere :)

It wasn't crowded which was a bonus for me because I don't like crowded places. Kids loved the place because of the animals of course. As far as I have observed its a great place to have a girly outing too. I saw girls playing baraf paani and badminton that too without the tension of any random stares. It was a beautiful sight. Also, they have this beautiful train ride which helps you exploring the zoo without the hassle of walking. Best for all the lazy girls and aunties out there :D  I love walking in case you all are wondering.

My beautiful mother
I am writing this for all those oblivious people who always brag like me that we do not have fun places in Karachi. Yes, it might not be too appetizing for most of you'll but there might be a number of people who'd like to try this place after reading this blog.

My nephew and nieces so loved the place that they wanted to visit one more time before they leave. So we had no other option :P
My sister and her kids.

That's me again :D

You see this diary in my hand. I took advantage of this peaceful time and wrote my journal under this ancient tree. I LOVE this tree.
